Wear To Fly designs, manufactures, and sells travel wear and accessories, handcrafted in Milan, Italy. By purchasing through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Orders & Fulfilment

We ship orders within 48 hours of purchase, primarily via DHL Express, with delivery typically in 2 to 3 days depending on destination (a little longer outside the EU due to customs). If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before it ships.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Euros (€). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed securely via Shopify's integrated payment system.

4. Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping, included in the product price. Delivery times vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, shipping carriers, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Refunds

EU customers may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Outside the EU, returns are not accepted. Items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced or refunded. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
