At Wear To Fly, shipping is included in the price of all our products, no surprises at checkout.

Shipping Method

We primarily ship with DHL Express for fast and reliable delivery. However, we reserve the right to choose an alternative courier service should it offer better value or logistics efficiency for your destination.

Processing & delivery

We ship your order within 48 hours of receiving it. From there, DHL typically delivers within 2 to 3 days, depending on your destination.

Within the EU there are no customs procedures. Outside the EU, parcels go through customs, so delivery may take a little longer while your order clears.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment in real time.

Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. If you're outside the EU, we recommend checking your local import duties for garments made in Italy.

Returns & Shipping Costs

EU customers may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Outside the EU, we do not accept returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Shipping Changes

We reserve the right to update shipping carriers and timelines as needed. Any changes will be made at the brand’s discretion to ensure the best possible service.
